Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available for eligible cancelled orders, approved returns, damaged or defective products, incorrect products supplied, or other circumstances where a refund is required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email vanshitakurti@gmail.com with your order number, contact details and reason for requesting a refund. For damaged, defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs where possible.

Refund Processing Duration

After a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the money to appear in the customer's account depends on the bank or payment provider.

Refund Mode

Refunds for online payments will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to payment provider capabilities and applicable law.

Returned Products

Where inspection is necessary, the refund decision will be communicated after the returned product has been received and assessed.

Customer Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not been dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be sent to vanshitakurti@gmail.com with the order number and registered contact details.

Orders Already Dispatched

Orders already dispatched may not qualify for cancellation under this process. Customers may contact us to enquire about eligible returns under our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by the Business

VANSHITA KURTI may cancel an order due to product unavailability, unsuccessful payment confirmation, incorrect listing information or suspected fraudulent activity.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Where a prepaid order is cancelled and a refund is due, we aim to initiate the refund within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation. Refunds will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method.
